Get directionsBrought my dog in to be examined after a camping trip because of lethargy, ataxia, and refusal to eat over 2 days. His temp was 106° when we arrived, which, most likely had been for those 2 days. They took blood and did an ultrasound. His WBC and RBC was elevated, but they could find anything on the ultrasound. They did not give him fluids. They gave him nothing for pain relief. And they did not send him home on antibiotics. Told us to monitor him and they didn't know what the problem was. We called twice the next day, aski... read more
This place is tan like a car dealership . They specifically have three sets of people who help you at very specific times . They have the nice guy who suggest he takes your pet to make sure they are stable a then the have what they call a doctor that recommends health care and then they have a closer who comes with the bill. They don’t go over pricing until the end but by then they say they have already starting working on your pet and you owe money even if you don’t agree to there surgery bill . They put you in a small roo... read more
While a few of the front desk people are helpful and kind the majority of the people I interacted with were cold, lacked empathy and treated me like I was bothering them. The vet had a horrible bedside manner also. When I asked to have meds ready to go when my dog was done being seen I was told, this is the ER she can’t guarantee time and I’ll wait as long as they need me to.

If you are looking for a vet that will operate on healthy body parts instead of the injured ones, this is the place for you. Refund for their screw up, why in the world would they do that?
The receptionists and technicians we worked with here were extremely rude and unhelpful. My Berner was in labor, having puppies and needing attention fast and it took them over an hour just to check us in. Another hour and they were finally checking her to see if her puppies were okay. They were short tempered and rude when I asked if I could go back and be with my girl who was stressed out and in pain, and wouldn’t even allow me to talk to the doctor about the situation. They mentioned to me later that she seemed “rather up... read more
Great staff and service. Took great care of my pet.
My experience with this group was excellent. Not only did my cat receive first class care, I was kept informed through the surgery, recovery. Lots of info on home care and very responsive to inquiries I had when he came home. I would highly recommend this services. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for.
They are always available to help, after hours, holidays, weekends or when your regular vet is too busy to fit you in, I can always rely on CVSG to treat my dogs, not to mention the emergency surgery at any hour....just amazing staff and facility. Highly recommend.
Got my dog in for a fecal when my primary vet was booked. Very helpful!
