Get directionsTheir facility was dirty when I walked in, and after a very short examination they requested a multitude of tests that were grossly overpriced and not worth it. They lied, telling me to make her life better quality because she only had a few days and me me think my animal was days from death if I didn’t do these tests ($800+...then they kept asking for more) to get medications (more money in their pocket), they said my cat probably had 3 days left...it’s been over 3 weeks and she’s improved DRASTICALLY due getting a second o... read more
Worst experience of my life! After working all day & then going to a rough dialysis treatment I came home to find all 3 of my pups with red eyes & itching their ears. Loki was by far the worst off as his eye was very swollen. I asked my daughter to drive me over with Loki as I had just taken some pain meds & didn't think I could safely drive myself. I was clearly a little out of it but was still able to communicate what was going on. As I sat in the waiting area with Loki, the doctors & vet techs laughed & joked about me bei... read more

We were very sorry and surprised to hear about your experience. After this review was posted, we looked at the video for the time you were at the clinic and discussed the situation with all staff involved. While the staff were laughing at one of their own dogs during your visit, they were not laughing at you and such behavior would not be tolerated. I would be more than happy to review the video with you or discuss the matter further if you prefer. We all hope you and your dogs are doing well.
The worst place I have ever taken my dogs. Took my 16 year old dog in for pee accidents and he’s obviously in pain(refuses to gonuona step). All they did was shave his feet with without permission. We were told by his regular vet and acupuncturist to avoid hair cuts, etc because of the stress is causes him and they just went ahead and did it without asking. I have never heard such a terrible noise as the one he was making. I didn’t even think it could be my dog because in 16 years he has never made a sound like I heard. They... read more
The very worst experience! My beagle needs surgery to remove a fatty tumor and I wanted to see the facility and meet with the surgeon before making a decision to use them. Well after 15 minutes of worthless I left without any information or feeling of compassion but charged me $104 for what? I think he should go back to his previous degree as an economist or cabinet maker where compassion is not needed I will never recommend this place
So checked into this place around 7:30 with a 3 month old cat who's been vomiting and had diarrhea all day. Came in with a stool sample so they could run a fecal. We were brought into a room within ten minutes of being here by a tech named dan who got the initial information from us and checked weight and temperature. We were then told by him that they were busy tonight and we might be waiting a little while (he did not take the sample to run the fecal which could have been done while we were waiting). TWO AND A HALF HOURS l... read more
A few months back I had a rant about this place for discharging my dog while he was still sedated. I swore I would never go back. Saturday we had a real emergency with our little Pomeranian and they were our closest emergency vet. We HAD to choose this vet. They swiftly took Timber back and were WONDERFUL! Timber is now home and resting. They kept timber until he was ready to go home after his surgery. Thank you for taking care of our family.
