RecommendedDr. Lewis is an amazing veterinarian surgeon! She and her team took such good care of our miracle cat, Freddy! This office is so good at taking care of your pet that it sometimes gets a little busy and slow on updates.. so remember that no news is always good news!!!

Do not ever take your animal here, and trust them in a time of emergency. My dog had non stop vomiting, diarrhea, and extreme stomach pain. I took him in after normal business hours due to the recommendation of my vet to seek immediate care. My vet said to tell the animal ER to test for pancreatitis, as this can be fatal if not treated in a timely manner and with the correct medications. Our little dog died yesterday. Colorado Veterinary Specialists and Animal ER gave Daisy more pain killer than her heart could handle, along with 5 other drugs (so many for a 10-pound-dog!). They tried to "back it out" and give her CPR, but she was already gone. It took less than 20 minutes for them to end Daisy's life. The ear canal ablation we took her in for hadn't even begun.
