Very well organized practice. The technician made me feel comfortable during the mammogram and Dr. Jones readily helped me with a concern I had.

Mammogram went smoothly. Asked the nurse practitioner about women 75 and older if. Pevic exam is necessary at that age! She stated Medicare only pays for it twice a year! No clear answer to my question! Then she said if you Don t want it then walked out! She should have asked me yes or no! Strange

lady who has never done my shot b4 put my shot in my shoulder.... ive been in pain and bruised for days... immediately i knew something was wrong because when she inserted the needle she pushed through 2 layers.
Dr Sacolick was very rude. He grabbed my breasts to do an exam without telling me. He didn’t listen to any of my concerns. Will never be back .

We had to wait an hour before we got called back. The doctor was really nice. Once we got called back, it went pretty fast. I just did not like waiting there for an hour after her appointment time.

Pls know that I have worked in business my entire career of 40+ yrs so I bring these things to your attention so that you can improve. Your phone service is inadequate. The first time I tried to call & make an appointment as a new patient, I was on hold for 26 mins and #3 in the queue. The second time I tried to call to make an appointment, I was in hold for 21 minutes. Neither time was my call answered. My appointment was at 9:00, didn't get called back until 9:30. Saw multiple patients experiencing the same issue and walking out before getting the help they needed. was not satisfied with the care I received as well, felt very dismissed here.
