The staff was excellent and very quick and efficient. My problem is that there is no patient portal to upload test results and no phone call with mammogram results. A card is sent in the mail, which is a very slow process. Most physician offices give you a call with results, whether good or questionable results. Or, they have a portal where you can review results as soon as they are available.

Not kind or compassionate at all. Did not take my concerns seriously. Failed to make sure an important test was mailed to me. No follow up to make sure I had received anything. Had to call the office to ask about it and found out that nothing had been done. Check your inventory regularly to make sure you don’t have expired tests and products for your patients!
