Well I was the only one in the waiting room so when I went back with the nurse to get my weight & review my records I figured my wait to be seen would only be around 5 minutes. I waited around 20 minutes before I was seen by Mary. Then when I went out to make my next appointment I was told it would be just a few minutes. I waited 10 minutes till the front desk gal finally showed up to help me. She was emptying boxes and did not even know I was there she said till she came out to get scissor I believe. I didnfeel the staff was very friendly. The young lady that took me back to the exam room was very unfriendly when speaking to me. When she called back another patient I noticed she greated her with a smile and a much friendlier tone. Nor a great experience overall.

Everything at this visit seemed a bit odd. The nurse who took my blood pressure put the cuff on my arm but only pumped it once and ripped the cuff back off and said "you're fine". I then was told to sit to wait for a room to open. When Dr. Jones came in she asked how I was. I listed a list of about 6 things that I had concerns with. She didn't have a conversation with me about these concerns and didn't tell me how my exam was. When I checked out I mentioned that he doctor didn't give me any feedback. The overall vibe here is not for me. Registration woman was short with me- MA was short with me and read my blood pressure super high- when I asked if that was right bc mentioned that my BP is never high she ignored me. Walls are thin so you can hear everyone talking in every other room. Just not my vibe.

Never felt supported fully or listened to. Having recurring infections, given testing unrelated to the condition and insurance deeming it medically unnecessary. Repeat testing with the same results over and over. I’m having to do my own research as my physician gave nothing to go on and zero conversation. It’s really hard when you’re struggling with a health problem that is largely ignored.
