I have been a patient at this practice since I was 17 years old. I had a hysterectomy at the age of 28. I am now 70. I was told I didn't need any more pap tests by my doctor in 2017. I just needed a mammogram every year. I have gotten my mammogram each year since then. I came for my appointment this morning and was told it would not be given because I hadn't seen the doctor since 2017. No one ever said I needed to see the doctor before this. NP was great. Very thorough and transparent. Looking forward to establishing a relationship with provider. I received call regarding PAP and it was suggested that BV was possible and that I can have med if I want. When I asked the staff member about the med, she was not thrilled and I received attitude, which I did not appreciate. I understand staff is used to this practice/specialty but please remember some patients are not familiar and may not understand without an explanation and/or may even have follow up questions. I felt like my issues were part of a script. I also asked to not have the student come in to talk about my questions and she did come out first, alone, with many questions. For a women’s clinic, I felt like women’s issues are part of a spreadsheet and each individual’s needs are not personalized and brainstormed beyond that spreadsheet. I love my typical doctor, but I’m afraid I won’t be coming back.

The exam room need swept very badly , lots of dust bunnies all over the floor. I did not feel it was a very sterile environment. The NP was great the mammogram was great but not a good appearance when your sitting there watch dirt fly across the floor
just average at best with check-in and nurse encounter

I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment for a 10 min appointment, this location has been much worse timing than the other locations. I love the nurses and Drs though

Waited almost an hour after checking in to be sent back. The staff is great though, this is just the second year in a row where I have had to wait forever.

After having an established OBGYN here, I made an appointment at the Hilliard location. After being seen by the nurse, was told only the Pickerington location accepted my insurance. Made an appointment at the Pickerington location and received a call back stating they no longer accepted my insurance either. Now, after wasting 3 weeks, am looking for a new obgyn. Terrible communication in the scheduling department.
