Continued poor overall quality of service........I will definitely be seeking care elsewhere. After being dissatisfied with the bedside manner of the doctor who has performed my annual the last couple of years I was scheduled for a recheck ultrasound to check the placement of my IUD. During the ultrasound I watched the technician label my IUD. I typically do not write reviews unless the service was superb. When I scheduled the appointment the receptionist who answered the phone place incorrect contact info in. I spelled my email, phone number , name and repeated my contact info. I called in previously to confirm the apt b/c I did not receive any info about the apt. I was told to just show up. Dr. Karup did not listen to my concerns, instead interrupted me multiple times. She never got a whole picture of my symptoms. She then performed a pelvic exam without my consent (she said she was only doing swabs). I felt very violated. I have no idea if the care I received will fix my symptoms as she didn't listen to them but I'll still be paying hundreds for this awful experience.
