Food was great. Service was roughhhhh. Took forever to get anything, including a cup of coffee. It wasn’t even that busy yet, so I’m not sure what the issue was. Worst part is when I finally got a coffee refill they poured it from shoulder height so it splashed all over me.
In one wordslow- we ordered burger, fries, salad and drinks- it took an hour to receive our burger- we arrived in plenty of time for the Pacer game last night and were late. Not Bill, our server’s fault- he did everything he could and apologized profusely. Our bill was cut in half for the inconvenience- this was unusual for a Cunningham restaurant- also that a manager didn’t stop by even though all were aware of the problem. Ian was apparently off last night. Go PACERS!
Service was great and ambiance is beautiful. Was not impressed with food.

Service was so slow. Food was nice but not over the top for the price. Music was not great and very loud….
Our server was good, but not great, for the price point of the restaurant. We had to ask for water refills, for them to clear plates from our table, and plates to share our desserts. The food was mediocre. Once again, not up to par with other restaurants in the same price point. I had a free dessert loaded onto my CGR app for my birthday. I didn't realize they didn't redeem it until after I got home. The layout and furnishings of the resturant were nice. I do not recommend

Be very careful when paying! Server added a tip for herself when I told her that we will be leaving a cash tip! She comes over with a handheld point of sale system. I give her my card. She puts it in and I tell her that I will be leaving a cash tip. She hands me my card back. I never get a receipt or even an itemized bill. Weeks later on my business credit card I see a tip was added. I tried calling the restaurant and was unsuccessful reaching a live person. Just over $220 in total tips (over 40%) Dishonest server! I HAD high hopes for this place. It disappointed in nearly every category. 1. Shrimp Cocktail - $26 for 4!!! not good at all. We didn't eat them all. (Maybe I'm spoiled from St. Elmo's?) 2. Wedge Salad - I ate 3 bites. It was like eating cabbage with gross pickled onions on top and ZERO dressing. 3. 10oz Filet - it would be nearly impossible to screw this up and it was fine. 4. Enjoyed the food but service was not great - it took us a long time to wait on drinks etc before a pacers game.
The atmosphere was beautiful. Food was good except the salad wedge, it was yellow and hard. They do not serve bread with the food that is an additional cost, the food was pricey and if you valet they automatically charge you an additional $35 and then you still have to tip.
