Let me first start out by saying, the food was excellent . However , the service lacked this time around. We have gone here for every family birthday since they have opened, and the service is what has kept us coming back. Personable service staff, accommodating to our baby, and have always emphasized the birthday aspect of the night with an array of desserts and drinks for the table. Went before the game and it was slow service and took about an house to get our food
The food was terrible. My chicken was still bleeding and the food alone was not seasoned at all. I asked a worker for salt and pepper and she brought us pepper but didn’t know what salt was. Terrible I will never return.

Even with a reservation the sat us in the bar and not a table
The service is slow. Took 35 minutes to get anything to drink. Both steaks overcooked.

Food was excellent but service was average. I expect more at a higher caliber restaurant. There seem to be gaps amongst courses and also to receive check. I know this might be petty but when ordering salad it usually is customary to be asked if cracked pepper is preferred and it seems normally servers bring that to table when serving salad. Food took over an hour. Only half of the people in our party of eight had their steaks cooked to the temperature they requested.
Our first time dining at Commission Row and I doubt we will be back. Per the reviews service was good but the food as some of the reviews stated was just okay. My husband a steak and shrimp, his word just okay he said I have had better. I requested the lamb chops cooked medium came out very dry and lacking in taste. Not many options on the sides. My lobster bisque was lacking mainly the lobster along with the flavor. Commission NO
