An elegant restaurant to spend the evening. The esthetic was modern twist on 1920s, comfortable and had a Chicago West Loop-vibe. Tasty meatball appetizer and lobster bisque. The Wagyu was melt in your mouth delicious and the Princess cake dessert was a perfect treat to end the meal. Looking forward to Commission Row to fully settle in - another great addition to the Cunningham group. Great for date night, night with friends and family.

Open only 1 week the experience was like that of a long established premier restaurant. The service was among the best I had ever experienced. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable to navigate. Unlike many restaurants downtown you could have a conversation easily with everyone at the table. The food was amazing and appropriately priced.

CR was beautiful and the service was great! We enjoyed the popovers and hamachi crudo to start. I had the sea bass which was cooked beautifully though I think lacked flavor. The sauce was thin. And overall needed salt. The French onion Mac and cheese could have been a star but the cheese sauce was broken and too loose and also needed salt. I asked for a mocktail and the bartender came to talk to me about my choices. We settled on a take on an amaretto sour and I loved it! The macaron dessert was also fabulous!

Customer service was on point. Casey is a friendly and attentive server. Get the crab cake appetizer! My steak was delish and my husband loved the sea bass. The speakeasy in the basement was cool too but wine selection was very limited and I wasn’t able to get the Pinot Noir that was offered upstairs. Not a deal breaker at all. We’ll definitely be back!

Very well designed restaurant, great staff and exceptional food. Was a little loud at times but it probably didn’t help that we were directly under a speaker. Overall loved this place.

We had a lovely dinner. The decor is very modern with high ceilings and artsy lighting. Luke, our waiter was patient with us as we were visiting instead of looking at the menu. He made great suggestions. The pork chop and Chilean sea bass were our favorites. The brussel sprouts were delicious. Lobster bisque was brought out with a great presentation and had nice chunks of lobster. The speak easy downstairs was very cool! Highly recommend!
