Web page sucks I keep trying to go look at old check to see who they were written to and it keeps saying I shouldn't see the image and that I should contact you All I want to do is see all my checks to see who they were written to how hard is that every time I get the error message I have to start all over
I was happy at NuPath until they merged with Community Choice. It's been nothing but annoyance from the countless problems with my cards at the time of the merge (hunderds of dollars of "mistakes" on my credit card) to the awful user interface on their website. When I tried setting up my Visa payment the first time, I mistyped my account and it actually took the money from someone else's...

The website and the mobile app are slow, confusing, and strenuous for simple tasks. If the app/website don't improve dramatically soon, I plan to discontinue my business with Community Choice. Its a real shame how poor the service has dropped off since Wyandotte Federal Credit Union (Or even Nupath!)
