This used to be an easy company to work with. I have an auto loan financed through them. Now, every time I pay my bill, I am charged 18.00. I don't live near a branch, and I refuse to open a savings account at practically negative interest. I will be refinancing through anyone, Asap.
They bought out my former credit union and as soon as I can I'm done with this credit union. They're horrible they are definitely not into looking out for they're members only themselves
Terrible service. With new members coming from a previous credit union, you would think they would have a more seamless transition. This has not been the case. I have not received my new debit card and cannot access their online account system per their instructions. If you can get a hold of someone at this bank AND log in to your account, you should run for President and buy a lottery ticket...

First off I wish I had three hands so I could give three thumbs down for your terrible start. Apparently you took over Nupath Credit Union (our former bank) so you sent out new cards. We received our new debit card yesterday. We activated it and cut up the old one. Next day, declined WTF!!! Call customer service (after hrs) btw that's awesome that your closed on Saturdays (how convenient )...
The new remodel is annoying, it takes way to long to do basic banking. You under staff your locations, and then try to solicit me to take out loans etc when all I want to do is pay my bill. Hate the remodel, it looks cool but functions terribly. Still waiting in line 30 minuets now.
