12/26 Updating because I've called customer service many times per each month nothing is done. I'm stuck in a 4 year agreement with them an it's not worth it. Do not do your business with this company, the supervisors don't acknowledge problems, they lack the time and commitment to handle problems they make, and the "cheaper loan rate" isn't worth all the hidden fees you will find along the way.

My banking needs are minimal: online and ATM. Don't like to go into the branch which typically I only do due to a problem at the ATM; they always ask for my ID on a straight deposit. But recently they've put in 'upgrades' that is making banking more complicated. Do NOT like the Livonia setup. Very disorganized. I will travel to another branch when I need to do face to face banking.

I'm disappointed I was unable to use the e-deposit app on my smartphone and on my tablet. I called for assistance to try and troubleshoot why I receive several reason why the app would not deposit my check, and I was informed I needed to bring the check and all my devices to the CU. I am unable to physically come in at this time, and using the app would have been perfect way to carry out this...
