I told them when I went to window that I had a prescription that was ready and it was electronic, but they might have to send a request over for it at go family health and I never received one of my medication’s. I got home and was highly disappointed because the medicine that I needed was the medicine that I did not have I was assisted by Alyssa.

Tiffany Terra, FNP, told me she had written a 90-day prescription for Victoza and that your pharmacy would have it ready for me. Victoza is a pre-filled syringe containing 18 mg of liraglutide per pen. The dosing for Victoza is 1.8 mg/dose, once daily. Each pen therefore contains 10 doses which covers 10 days. When I got to your pharmacy, I was given two (2) pens. You have your pricing too high should be able to use good Rx here. I don't feel like I'll be back unless you have my prescription and no where else does
Was told 2 of the 3 were not covered which is not true. The liquid pain medication is covered by blue cross. I use another pharmacy and have never paid that much for the creme or the liquid hydrocodone. You are taking advantage of people.
