Sent me a message that if I didn’t refill all meds that would be last order for me. I have to use express scripts for everything else. My husband insurance!! There fore I can’t pick up scripts up so I can have a precedure or for after.! I’ve been using community pharmacy for a while now but don’t think I will be back

Supposed to be out for delivery today!
I called at 12:07 and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived just after 1 and order wasn’t ready. For my last order pickup, it was “lost” and took a few hours to be located. Customer experience is lacking to say the least right now.
I have asked for delivery for the past 2 months and finally just drove over and picked my Rx up.
The text says prescription is ready but all the text is about is a survey.
I just drove up there and was told by the lady in the drive through window that it was not ready. She then said it won’t be ready until Monday.
the doctor did not call my medicine in for the pharmacy to fillet on time for me to take its right
