Doctor called in meds been there twice still don’t have a lot of meds. She( doctor) changed a lot of medication I need. My insurance pays yall over $80,000 a year and I have Met my deductible and still being charged a copay and also yall stopped. You are not delivering as requested
I only received 1/2 (10 syringes), of my script for 20 syringes and nothing was said to me why and I didn’t realize it till after 6:00 pm when I got home. And I still paid for full script $66.24
Dropped of scripts for cough syrup and Paxlovid. Received a text script was ready. When I arrived was told they didn’t have the Paxlovid and I would need to get it filled elsewhere. “Wherever you get it filled, ask them to call us so we can transfer the prescription” Not helpful in any way. I feel you should have offered to obtain the drug and even deliver it for the inconvenience I’ve been through today.
Haven’t picked up script yet.
Came in there to pick up my meds they didn’t told me the breakdown of the meds, I just paid $74 for dang nauseated patch that could’ve gotten for $18 at Walmart. Not only that for Aprepitant meds they gonna charge me $500 which insane I look at Walgreens they’re only $37 Won’t be getting my meds here for sure! (price gouging)
I just spoke with a lady an hour ago. I told her it would be next Thursday before I could pick up my script. Not sure why I’m receiving this. I know it’s there but I still have LOTS left.

I ask the prescription be canceled not to just one person, but two at the drive through. One lady was younger and had blonde hair. The other lady with short black hair that informed me since the prescription arrived today it would be up to 3 days that I specifically said at that moment cancel it. Then I get this weird text a couple hours later it’s ready along with the survey. I’m not responsible for an order that wasn’t available and I canceled before it was placed.
