They have the most thorough staff. With other pharmacies I don’t know there is a problem until I try to pick it up. Community sends me texts from an actual person, alerting me of delays or need for more information. I will never go back to big chain pharmacies.
I went to the clinic on a Saturday, they said they would call my medication in for Monday. You all had my medication ready very quickly this Monday morning. That’s what I call speed.

Previously requested home delivery due to COVID positive status. That slipped through the cracks. R worked hard to correct this problem today. I appreciate that. I didn’t want to come to p/u RXs in person and chance spreading as a positive CV person.

The doctor called in a prescription and we signed up for automatic delivery but I have to call to get delivery and it did not start this way. Maybe our zip code makes a difference. Maybe we should move on. This pharmacy does not need us
Y’all are CLOSED and I drove up because of text twice now
I am suppose to get my orders delivered and they call if they have my Trulicity so they can make sure it will get to the refrigerator, hard for me to arrange to pick up, usually out of town working for the day and I always make arrangements for Trulicity to get refrigerated, please deliver
