The provider, Paul Ou, MD, and the clinic staff were polite, efficient, concerned about my injury and applied 5 staples w/o pain to secure my wound. Best medical service I've had in a standalone ER!

Walked in, filled out paperwork, promptly and politely taken to my room where the nurse conducted her business then the Dr came in, listened to me, diagnosed me correctly (the previous visit the day before with different staff the outcome was a incorrect diagnoses)….$199 first visit…$350 second visit but she discounted 50% off so $180 which I thought was fair.

Well the doctor made careful provision on my chest hurting, as I had explained I had a very bad heartburn well through his persistence and checking the 3 or 4 times you determined I had a heart attack they called the ambulance and it took me to spawn Shoreline and through his persistence in trying to follow a different paths to my pain he save my life Thank you Dr. Dorrell
