Our initial rating was a 1 star because of the poor service we recieved, but after being contacted by their service manager with concerns about their service, we have to say our discussion about their service shortfall was taken seriously and he treated it as a learning experience. We feel this was a one-off bad experience in that we have had CA for service in the past without issues. We came to a resolution, and we appreciated it.

Daniel was great. He answered all of my questions and was very attentive.
We had a technician, ******, come to our home as we needed a service call. Our technician was excellent and diagnosed the problem quickly and then went right to work fixing the problem. After completing the service, not only was our air conditioning unit working better but our whole house smelled great too! Thank you for having great people who are both friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend the services from Conditioned Air!

In 2019, I purchased a complete ****** 2-stage AC package from Conditioned Air of Naples/***************. Since the beginning I have had nothing but problems. The problems were not of Conditioned Air, but with the ****** AC product. It been a nightmare with multiple attempts to diagnose the problems with new parts when finally it was determined that the capacitor installed on the outside unit by the manufacture ****** was the culprit.
