I made an erroneous payment to Conditioned Air called immediately afterward and requested they not process it or a credit. They advise they would credit my account. Nothing happened for 15 days so I called again. Advised they would credit it that day , its now another 10 days and no credit yet.I will call them again but this uncalled for

Tech error in upstair neighbor's AC resulted in significant mold damage to my condo garage. It has been since August and I have yet to receive funds to finish paying for remediation and I cannot start repairs without their release of money. I would NEVER do business with this company. They have passed the buck and drug their feet every step of the way.

I have had a service contract with Conditioned Air for several years. The only times I have ever had any issues with my air conditioner is AFTER they have come for their service contract work. The first time I had to replace the entire unit. I was without air conditioning in Florida for over a week waiting on parts to be delivered. The second time the tech put the tools to test the AC on the unit incorrectly and had to call for a more experienced tech to come and determine that the tech was not qualified to even do a simple ... read more

We pride ourselves on providing unconditional service in every aspect of our work. We thank you for your loyalty and thank you for trusting us with your maintenance plan for several years. According to our records, we did not replace the entire unit especially not 2 times. We have, on separate occasions, replaced 2 parts which would be normal for a unit that is almost 8 years old. If you had issues with the replaced unit and if the company that installed it cant fix it, we are here to help you with your service needs.

I've been doing business with Conditioned Air since 2015. I've had a preventive maintenance contract since 2016 for two annual check **** In March 2022 they installed a whole new A/C system for $8,484 and they have done twice annual preventative maintenance since. I've had no problem until I needed them. On November 7, 2024 my A/C was not working. I had a Service Contract with Conditioned Air, one of their tech serviced the unit in February, 2024 the unit failed August 14, 2024. This tech told me the unit shut down because the drain backed up. I have a person that checks my house weekly, as part of his routine, he puts bleach into the drain monthly as prescribed by Conditioned Air. As part of the service, the tech told me that a dual capacitor and a transformer/relay were "weak". I had no idea that a company this size could provide zero communication, zero follow up and zero success in fixing the new unit issues. This resulted in water and mold damage to 2 bedrooms and our mud room. All this damage could have been avoided if they would have done their job with initial installation and/or follow up once we knew there were issues. I'm not happy with this company. I had 4 technicians at my house in the last 3 weeks. My AC doesn't shut off when I set the thermostat at 77. I had a 300.00 FPL bill, it's usually 200.00. Sometimes it takes hours to go down 1 degree. One tech was here and lied on the report that it was cooling past 77. He left before and never witnessed that it was cooling. It ran for 2 hours so I finally raised the thermostat and it finally stopped. My unit is 2 1/2 years old, and they can't seem to find the problem. I also had to cancel my... read more
