Our unit is 7 years old. We called at 5:50 pm to say our air conditioner had stopped working. We were placed on the **** pm call sheet. By 6:30 ****** arrived and shortly after diagnosed our problem. He was able to make the necessary repairs and the unit began working. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
