Worst. Once they are paid, they are gone! Zero problem resolution. This has been going on for 18 months: high humidity, no correlation between thermostat set temperature and actual temperature. This was a brand new install that they did from duct work to units. They are awful; no return on promises! Parts that were on order were never in fact ordered!

I rate Conditioned Air's follow up as one star since Collier County inspected their AC system install on August 29 and failed it due to questionable electrical service to the breaker. I called Conditioned Air the same day to request a follow up to fix/respond to Collier County. I have since called and submitted online forms to Conditioned Air a total of five times. I have been promised a call back, but never received one. It's now mid October and the permit stands open with Collier County until Conditioned Air responds to me... read more

Conditioned Air told ** that the mini split system they put in 7 years ago was bad and they only last that long. We paid for a whole new system $12,500 and it was installed on 10/7/2022. It does not work but they gave me a 12yr warranty which means nothing if there are no parts.

Our AC unit was installed by Honest Air, which I understand was bought out by Conditioned Air. Our house watcher reported that the AC was not working and we called Conditioned Air to take a look at it. They came out on Thurs., Sept, 22 and "repaired" it, which amounted to $347. We arrived midday on September 24, and the AC still was not working. We called Conditioned Air again, and they came out on Sunday, September 25, and "repaired" it for another $169.
