When we booked our month long stay, nobody told us that there was going to be construction going on for the whole month. The pools and Jacuzzis were closed. The noise and fumes were unbearable. Everyone we met in the resort were very unhappy vowing to never use Condo-World again myself included. I tried to have a manager call me but to no avail. Do not use this company. They do not care about the people who already paid for their stay.
Poor customer service don’t recommend.
My family got a $100 credit for them not cleaning before our stay. Took us 3 hours to clean it before we were mandatorily evacuated 48 hours later b/c of Hurricane Dorian. Now they took the balance of our 7 night reservation credit away after arbitrarily claiming an expiration “cutoff” date when I reached out to them to rebook, after property manager Allison offered the credit up with no exceptions a week after Dorian. Owner Issues! Anyone else?
Condo 1208 at crescent Keyes needs updated! Dirty floors, awful mattresses, dirty couches, old and stained bedspreads. I’ve stayed at Crescent Keyes many times before and had a nice, clean condo. This one needs a facelift! There was blood on one of the box springs (my 3 yo daughter went to hop on the bed it moved back), dirty sheets and a bootprint on the pillowcase. We stayed at crescent shores s106. It smelled like cat pee! Our child is allergic to cats. It was horrible! He started having bloody noses and I tried febreeze and fans. It also had dirt on the ceilings coming from the vents. The air conditioner couldn’t even blow the filter was so bad! I am not sure how they couldn’t see the dirt or smell the cat pee?! Y’all should be ashamed to work for this company. I feel like I’ve been robbed. I’ve shared the video of the dump my family paid $1179 to stay in filth! I hope it goes viral and you won’t be able to scam anymore people.
A friend of mine recently rented a “luxury” ocean front condo from this company and it was DISGUSTING! The tub looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. Carpet was so nasty they were afraid to take their shoes off. Everything was horrible and dirty! Would NoT recommend this place!!
GET MAID SERVICE TO KEEP ROOMS CLEAN. You all are taking care of peoples properties and they expect you to keep them clean so you can rent them out without bugs dirt and hair all over the place. These customers that have left their condo in you care are depending on your service. I hope they realize they are losing money with you all taking care of them.
