They messed up my reservation and then didn't want to help us fix their mistake. And then told me that they weren't going to talk to me again. Oooppsss sorry, is what I got

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Had to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, and they kept half of my deposit. Cancelled two months in advance and they rented the unit within 6 days at reduced price. The difference was taken out of my deposit. Horrible customer service. They chalk everything up to their cancellation policy which is impossible to find on their site. I’m sure they won’t even publish this review...

This was one of the worst experiences with a rental office. I ask that they do a courtesy check on or rental before we get in town. They said ok. I check into my 8 bedroom only too find out only 7 have heat. It took 3 days to tell me. Hot tube didn't heat up for two days finally got hot and found out jets don't work won't get fixed for 3 more days. Finally got the jets working and the water went cold. Wi-fix was terrible. This rental company is a joke. I hate that I have to even rate with 1 star. We experienced a terrible stay last week when we rented thru Condo World in N Myrtle Beach. When we arrived on Sunday and got to our condo, we opened the door to the condo to a man staying in the room that we had paid for and reserved. We called the company, and after waiting for over 2 hours, they sent us back to the office and got another key to another condo. We have stayed with CondoWorld several years and have been pleased until this year. We always book way in advance so we have a large pick of our unit. This year, they had to change our unit a couple weeks before we came due to delayed construction. We had very limited options left, oceanfront, in North Myrtle Beach. Well where do I start. I spent 1600 dollars for a family vacation in north Myrtle beach. We go or try to once a year. This was first time with Condo World. What a disappointment is not strong enough. The workers ( not their fault) did all they could management was very poor. The condo wife and daughter was not impressed with to me it was fine. The amenities was my big fall. The worst experience ever and we vacation at myrtle beach every year. We took our 5 year old granddaughter for the first time. We chose this resort because of the amenities. The outdoors pool was closed the indoor pool was closed one hot tub closed. The only option was a small lazy river. For the price we paid this was not acceptable. Would not recommend this resort. Will definitely be booking elsewhere next year.
Our condo was overran with ants. Called and emailed and no one addressed the issue. They were outside along the fences, through the parking garage, around the outdoor showers and all through the kitchen and living room. Very disappointed. 3rd time we rented through condo world, but it will be the last.
