Poor customer service . Very uninformative. As a new customer felt very unwelcome. There was no information offered to us regarding parking instructions/ options/ locations for the condo we booked. This would have been valuable information to provide . We had to leave after less than 24 hours due to Dorian. No notifications from CondoWorld. After only staying 48 hours and paying for 7 days we were charged a $15 “handling fee” ( on top of $8 postage)to have a cell phone mailed to us which we had accidentally left there. We are staying at Sea Watch South Tower! This place is NASTYYYY! We have called and let them know! They said they would try to get it fixed. We have still never seen a maid service!! I do not recommend to ANYONE.

Allison is the maintenance manager . She’s responsible for clean rooms. My expectations of a clean room were not met. There was feces on the bedskirt along with a filthy condo. Allison offered very poor customer service. My family spends thousands every year in north myrtle beach. It’s not going to be with your company anymore.

check their properties before renting them. answer calls within 24 hours. don't stay during the holidays.

hot tub and pool are broken. congrats you killed my dream of drinking a whole bottle of wine in a hot tub at dirty myrtle.

0 stars !!! Hell no. Disrespectful. We are being told no refund !! No refund even if we had the insurance. All it would be is $150 towards another room somewhere else. I don’t have time to come back down after this week. Let alone put more money with it to book another place that’s worth it. I mean we booked this one. Thought it was a good call but yet the place was dirty and we found weed in two different places in the condo. We don’t smoke it and don’t want it in our rooms!! If you do. That’s fine. We stayed there and left and were told we would not get a refund. We only stayed 3 nights there(left Tuesday morning) we were booked til Saturday! We only have one week to take our vacation out of the year and took an educational leave for our children! We had to spend more money just to continue our vacation! P.s the place was dirty, found marijuana in dresser draw and on to of fridge under the toaster. Tried to cancel condo for this week because of Florence and they wouldn't allow it despite a national emergency being declared. So petty of them. Wont use them again.

Well my family and I actually stayed the week of July 4th as we have for the past 3 or 4 years...This particuliar time my grandaughter experienced so racial profiling..I was not completely satisfied with the results of the situation and I dont't think we will use condo world again...The manager on duty Allison actually left me a voice mail and told me to call the Supervisor- Mr Moore of the Noble Company who did not tell the truth...In other words she was done with the situation...I really was not completely satisfied..Proba... read more
