App never remembers my Login information. Consistently fails to successfully upload documents even when I’m on stable Wi-Fi connections. When supporting documents are needed no reason is given or error code. More often than not I have to use the desktop site. App is rubbish.
Why does this app need access my clipboard and stops music playing on opening? Seems shady. Or a developer is doing it wrong if there is some use of AVFoundation here they haven’t come across. But clipboard is definitely shady.

Super bad and the customer service is even worse, don’t try calling because the microphone will sound like it was first used in 1978
It used to work, and was great with some minor issues. Now you can’t even log in. The loading icon just keeps spinning. Tried app support but that goes to a failed page.
This app never works! I always have to go to a desktop for Optum. I don’t recommend this FSA program both bc the app doesn’t work and bc this year they have had a huge problem with charges that are completely appropriate being voided and additional steps have to be taken. It’s an enormous hassle to get YOUR OWN MONEY back.
You’ll need to get all your own forms and print out Optum forms, scan and send back to get reimbursements. Nothing like paying for insurance and then you do all the paperwork for them. Customer service is a joke. Can’t wait until November to change all my plans
This app is very helpful. Easy to check my balance and submit reimbursement claims when needed.
App takes 3 minutes to load data. It also stops playing music when you open it. Definitely needs improvement!
