No mailing. No Calling. Easy to use
Super frustrating. Multiple times I will click “pay provider” to pay a medical bill - I’ll put in the doctor info, billing address, and my patient info for reference and the check keeps coming to me. I have even taken screenshots showing I am clicking “pay provider” not to reimburse myself. I have even let their service team know because this isn’t the first time it has happened.
This app is useless. When ever something doesn’t work and you call in the agents tell to you use web portal. Something goes wrong constantly. Submitting a claim, when you are finished and click save. —-and it crashed. So you get to do it again, and again. This app should be reworked by the developers. Not helpful if you cant use it and get redirects to a web portal.
I even told the customer representative about the glitch in the app but they just told me delete and reinstall the app. I did that at least twice but it still has same issue. When you go to the transactions tab in the app, it will keep displaying “The transactions list is empty” even though all will transactions are loaded. I have been seeing this for at least 6 months now.
The worst provider I have ever encountered. The customer service is arrogant and completely garbage. I have never managed to solve my concern there. If you have FSA account with them, stay away. Don’t put any money with them. They are a fraud
The whole process is terrible! The user has to guess who the provider is, has to upload multiple documents and provide an extreme amount of details inn order to use their flexible spending program. This seems to be designed for the user to not want to use the service and is way over complicated!
Easy and simple to use although there is a lot of misinformation
This is the worst app I’ve ever used
App crash every time after the new update. It was working great before that. Restart the phone but still doesn’t help.
