Not sure if it’s a bug or what, but it’s annoying that it’s not possible to open this app without it stopping the playback of music. It’s a financial / healthcare account management app…no reason to take over audio playback. Otherwise, it’s fine.
Never remembers my login. Face id isn't automatic. Photo uploads time out. Such a bad app.
I used to use this app all the time, then after an update, (sometime last year) I couldn’t use it anymore, so I deleted it. That was a few months ago and I just tried again. I downloaded it, but when I tap the icon, nothing happens… 🤷🏽♀️. What’s up with that?

Design is terrible, not easy to navigate
Every time i try to attach a receipt or a bill it does not work.
Downloaded the app created an account signed in and it doesn’t even work. Went on the website and nothing takes foreverrrrrr for the page to load. Waste of time
Closed all apps, rebooted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled. Same. Starts to open and then just closes.
App would be great if I could upload documents, has the feature but doesn’t work. What would also be great if Optum wouldn’t flag every time I use the card. If I’m going to the dentist it should be pretty obvious it’s for dental care.
