Constant Contact - staying in touch Constant Contact chat is awesome and they will always help you out if you need to do something you can't figure out! ALWAYS! Pros CC is advantageous as you can resend an email to anybody that never opened it in the event that meant to come back to it and forgot. Being able to know who opened the email and who didn't is very critical. Cons Least likeable thing about Constant Contact is they way it post on social media - you have to tweak it just a lil to make it pleasing to the eye.
Constant Contact is a great email marketing program for beginners! Pros I used the free version of Constant Contact when I did some digital marketing for a law firm- the head attorney had chosen to use Constant Contact. I found the program to have a great user interface, and it was easy to create our monthly e-newsletter and add photos/infographics as well as change the font and color scheme. Easy to use Overall great experience Pros Really easy to use, we still use it. We are doing some single emails every other week. Cons Really hard to set up, but once we got it it's all good!
They should've grandfathered me into the old price Pros I like the quality of the reports which facilitates a better integration of the data, so we can make adjustments. Cons The only drawback I have encountered with this tool is the customer support. I had a problem with a mail increase that I had to pay, while looking for explanations, what was explained to me was not very clear

Making Email Campaigns Easy It has been a pleasant experience greatly benefitting staying in contact with restaurant goers. Pros Making eye appealing emails easy is an easy pro about this software. The capabilities are plenty with being able to schedule emails, drag and drop when creating the email and so on. Cons Email lists capabilities (importing and exporting) are there, but something I need to learn more about so that would be the only slight con because it's not as clear cut.
