I get emails from Constant Contact all the time My only use with this product is unsubscribing from the lists, which is very easy to do by scrolling down to the bottom of the email and clicking "unsubscribe" on the tiny size 4 font link. I do not pay or email market using this product. I can say, however, that it does it work and get ads in front of people who use email. Pros I only know about this company because I "constantly" get "contacted" with ads from people who use this product. Cons The software seems to do its job... read more
Not bad Pros Very robust and user friendly. This product seems to have solidified their specific services. Cons Nothing negative to say. We just had email campaign features to bundles with other services we used to made sense to switch.

Easy and fun Pros Constant contact is a great product to use to track email addresses/names and create fun, engaging emails for the list. It allows me to see who has opened emails and get real time feedback. Cons I do not get too complicated with the program so I have yet to find something that I don't like/see improvement with the software.

There is a better option It just feels outdated and needs to have a free version of it. They do have a free trial but it is just that, a trial. Pros The emails get to your destinations and the software works. Cons I feel that since the company has been around for a long time it has lacked being modernized. Mailchimp has a free version and I think constant contact should have a free version also. There is no excuse that your competition does that and you don't.
