Overall great! Could use some more robust features Pros The fact that our team can track if an email has been opened or not is a game changer for sharing information! Cons Sending individualized emails to one list (ie that say "Dear Mr. XYZ") would be very beneficial. The work around is to create lists of one member. My co-worker had to do this for 60 people the other day.
Brilliant and cost-effective way to get customers engaged We have used this product for a little over 5 months now and it has already paid off. We'd 3 customers reach out to us for new projects and got 2 leads. Pros Ease of use; has integrated Email and social media marketing; has better delivery rate and is very cost effective for small businesses Cons Does not support TikTok and Pinterest for social media marketing. Everything you expect Sending email blasts is something to be taken seriously and Constant Contact provides the tools to develop a delivery that will catch your target's attention. You do need and eye for design to make it appealing but the tools are there for you make the best of it. Pros Creating campaigns feels like a breeze. Is very modular and easy to setup. Cons Navigation is slow since their last update. I was never fast but now is really noticeable to the point of over 10 seconds wait for very busy taks.
