I received professional and helpful service for my refinance from Charles Glatz, every question I had was answered in a timely manner, Charles was easy to talk to and made sure I understood everything that was presented to me, I felt like he knew his stuff. Our loan officer Williams Caspari was fantastic! Treated us like we were his only clients and answered all the questions we had. Was right on top of things and kept us up to date. He was a joy to work with and I would recommend him and Contour mtg to all my friends and family or to anyone needing to refi or purchase a home!
