Dave was very thorough and detailed. He answered any questions thoroughly and ensured we understood every step of the process. He was also extremely responsive any time we called or emailed with any questions.
Peter was a pleasure to work with. Very patient and knowledgeable. He basically held my hand throughout the entire process. This was my first purchase and I was beyond nervous but having Peter at the opposite end of the telephone or a click away from an email, made me felt confident. I have to be honest, I was very skeptical about working with someone I didn't know personally or through family but from the minute we met Dave, we all clicked and I knew he was a genuine good person.
