Our home purchase in Florida had impossible written all over it. We are retired with our income tied up in tax deffered accounts taking annual withdrawals. Chris said "expect alot of documentation, but I feel I can get this approved". He worked day in and day out including weekends to corral all neede documents and made all this happen in less time than expected. If you are retired and buying in Florida, look Chris up. Saved us thousands in taxes!

Abe at Contour was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He was also always available to talk and responded quickly to emails. He was very organized and made sure that all of our deadlines were met. We went through several changes and they were able to accommodate them all without a problem.

This guy should be your go-to man!! He returns calls on time, answers all emails, and is honest! That's hard to find these days! He's easy to work with and reliable! In total, out loan took about 3 weeks and we were done! NO ISSUES AT ALL!!

I consider myself a very skeptical consumer based on several bad experiences with real estate professionals; to be clear, I consider 99% of them, thieves in high price suits. From my recent experience with Carol, I have no doubt that she is in the 1%, From start to finish, Carol has been a true professional; she exceeded all my expectations. To be honest, until the very end, I thought it was just too good to be true - she is that great. I have no doubt that I will be using her in the near future.

From the time we were introduced, Henry kept me informed on every little step in the process. Phone call, text, email, and even a stop in the office, we used every method of communication. Communication is a 2 way street, so if I had a question I knew I could reach him, pretty much any time of the day (not just during normal business hours).
