Dave was recommended to us by our realtor, Stephanie Calinoff. I have to be honest, I was very skeptical about working with someone I didn't know personally or through family but from the minute we met Dave, we all clicked and I knew he was a genuine good person. He was professional and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend working with him, he is very knowledgeable and an all around nice guy!

Thanks to the staff at contour mortgage and especially Abe ohanian am now in a home. This is a dream come true. Abe is a straight shooter. He tells you exactly step by step what you will need to have in order to get a mortgage. He is extremely patient man who knows how to deal with all areas of emotions and insecurities i had during the process. He was on top of everything. I was in the process of buying my first home with another lender, the other lender was dragging me through the mill I was literally about to have a nervous breakdown.
