It was great Frank was understanding and respectful and very patient he work right alone with no matter the time or day it was, he explained in detail to give a chance to make up your mind no big sale pitch right down to everything you need to know and make sure you feel comfortable and give you time to think about I would recommend anyone buying or selling or refinancing to go with contour mortgage Frank did and outstanding job
