I began the purchase process with this company over a week ago and still do not have a vehicle. I am purchasing from out of state but I keep getting excuse after excuse as to why the vehicle cannot be picked up. All paper work is in order and completed. Tried contacting the sales person, Ervin Wilson today via text and am waiting on a response. This has got the be the WORST dealership. They will say anything and be prepared to pay full price and if you show interest, they can raise the price. Also, they get UPSET if you don’t want the $3k warranty. It was rediculous. I drove 40 minutes with my family, tested a car and received a price breakdown sheet, which I agreed to STICKER PRICE to pay. Once the car was sold did not care about the customer any more, as they had their money.

Longest amount of time to complete a new car purchase I have ever experienced. New staff not knowledgeable, out sourced detailing company the same!

I feel robbed. I'm scheduled to pay over 3 times the actual car and my credit is good and I have good income. I would've gotten a better deal somewhere else for a newer car

I took my car which is a 2019 Nissan Armada to the service department because of a check engine light as well as the vehicle driving as if it was misfiring. Marcus Samuel was the Sales Advisor that I delt with as well as the service manager. Over the span of 2 visits the service department stated that they fixed the issue. When I received the car back initially it wasn't resolved after that they started that issue wasn't resolved but to drive it for a bit and it will fix itself. I was contacted by Ty at Conyers Nissan. Ty called and stated that Nissan wants my Nissan 2021 Sentra and what will it take to let them buy it off my hands. I asked what is they willing to give. Long story short. Ty told me I will recieve a guaranteed 479 or lesser payment on the car then I was already making. I asked him 3 times is he sure and he continued with certainty. I'm not sure whether my sales guy Sean is sincerely incompetent or the general practice at this dealership is to be deceptive. But somehow I was charged for a $4k warranty that I did not agree too. The sticker price of the car also did not include certification as a pre owned vehicle. Overall I would never buy a car from this Nissan again. Unfortunatley I had a horrible experience. Which is sad because I chose this dealership because someone I knew worked there YEARS ago. The top salesman was Carl when my friend work there and 20 years later he was still the top salesman. So I thought I could trust him. I bought a car from out of state BUT the car salesman Carl was not forthright about the previous owners and or smell of the vehicle.
