Lied to and gave me a run for my money again The service I requested was not honest and truthful, in result ended up with me having to overspend.
All I received was an oil change so there wasn't much interaction they said it would take 3-31/2 hours and it only took 1 1/2 hours
Dealing with Kelvin Price is the worst experience of my life. I went in after getting a call that a car being shipped from Athens had arrived at the Conyers location. He was not truthful and rude. He said that the car could be there if we agree to buy it even though he said someone else was in the process of buying it. The negotiations started at $4000 above the advertised price. Very dishonest. This is why people are moving to fixed price dealers such as CarMax and CarVana. Would not recommend Conyers Nissan.

Dealing with Kelvin Price is the worst experience of my life. I regret everyday walking in this dealership after his call to come in to dealership. He is not truthful and rude once he get you to sign under duress, He is not helpful at all.....RUN!!!

Experience was not what I had in the past at other dealerships. I may have been expecting too much, but there was no attention to the customer. I paid for a vehicle in cash, was never offered a cup of coffee although it was 30 degrees outside. Not offered water having to wait. And couldn’t even get a half tank of gas after spending $25, 858.32. No I plan to buy 3 more vehicles this year and they will not be from Conyers Nissan and I won’t recommend them either.
Fiancé department needs reviewing not fair on interest rates I ask for advise and Mgr gave me false statements

They don't sell the cars at ticket price felt like they was stealing from people.
I have bought 3 vehicles from them, will never buy another. Totally scammed me, after notifying sales person Sean and sales manager Mr. Edwards of problem with promise from both that they would call me back. Date of purchase 11/17/22 and still no response as of today December 4/23. Will be reporting to BBB as well as Consumer Protection and Attorney General. Bad business and no resolution to issue.
