After sale, business complete. Don't expect any communication from salesperson. Even there are problems, no calls are returned.

I bought a used veh. paid too much . the first week the check engine light came on acked them if they were willing to help me have repaired and diagnostic did on said veh. No responce. I would recomend all to stay away from these crooks

Making the deal was long. The GM got the deal wrong and blamed.it on short staff. The truck had the window left open for who knows how long, was missing accessories that if I did not watch Nissan videos I wouldn't have gotten and the new truck was scratched. Each time the GM blamed someone else, even another dealership.

Unprofessional salesperson and management made an appointment early morning in day and the car wasn’t there also submitted a credit app so I didn’t have to be there all day but made a second choice n the car was out of battery then 3rd choice then sales rep was “so what car are you going to buy”with a demanding and rude tone when it came to numbers they try to give me a really high rate I been shopping around I know for a fact the rate should be way lower. Customer service and management it’s unprofessional

They lied about the oil change being done! And gave me one key to the car and the fob was dead. They half washed the car

It was terrible I got there for a car I saw on l saw online 3000. Went in they didn't show me it the said they would sell me 12,000 .I was ok that at the end they brought 26.000 car wish was OK. The glass was broken and right through the conversation I got the idea that it was being fixed now after signing They brought it around like that so I ask they say they would fix it thursday in of that Same week. I came to buy a 2021 Ram pickup. It was advertised at 29,900. They charged me 31,900. They also charged me 1800 for future maintenance. I have no idea what this is. Another fee of 899. So the total price was close to 5000 more than I expected. Is this normal?

I think they don't listen to what o wanted they just wanted to sell the car they want to sell without hearing what I wanted & they didn't give me a walk of the cars
