Finance manager was very unprofessional. When I declined to buy an extended warranty he became rude and unprofessional.I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership.

I had an appointment, but still waited for quite a while. While test driving the car, I noticed a crack along the bottom of the windshield, almost the entire way across. We were very disappointed! !! We were lied to about everything, even who financed the vehicle. We bought a 29k car, paid 8k down, and ended up somehow financing 40k, how? It was used, and we will pay more than it cost new. We are talking with some other associates about this, as well as the car buyers association and the BBB. Lucky for us my wife records everything everywhere we go, so that helps. We really liked the car, but now, neither of us wants to drive it, very Very bad experience!!!! Bought my car there took it for a test drive not knowing the car was on E almost out of gas i didn't know cause i didn't know the car yet so they let me drive off on empty after all the money i put down at least they could have filled the car up with gas

False advertisement, price of the car online and that was discussed with sales associate was a lie. There was an up charge of $2500 added to car and i'm not talking about taxes, tag, title, dealer fees etc.. It was a Certified Pre-Owned charge which i was told had to be done that would extend the Drive-train warranty an additional 100,000 miles but when bringing the car back to certify and revise paperwork they said certification was previously done and it was up to 100,000 miles. They don't fix their mistakes that are on a used car they sell and if they do they half way fix it or blame something that was there when you bought it on you... my windshield has a bunch of nicks on it and one of the have a rock in it and I don't drive down any dirt roads and I said something about it the day I picked my car up an they said it was my fault also when they say they had detail really detail your car don't believe them also when they say the fixed something, DOUBLE CHECK and make sure they did, the tail light o... read more

Me and my daughter walked into the dealership and a young salesman approached and began to speak then another salesman Cornelius rudly interrupted and the young guy just kind of walked away we agreed that they would detail and remove two stains from the headliner if we bought the car Cornelius wanted us to take the car home and come back later I told him we were going to get lunch because we had waited 3 hrs already and that they had plenty of time to clean car upon returning they made the stains larger and did not wash the ... read more
