Jack, Kevin and everyone in the office is wonderful Met with Jack who came out to discuss with me what was needed and what would be most beneficial for my home. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Toby in office was friendly and attentive. Kevin came on installation day and was awesome. Great team at Cool Air USA and I felt like I got the best company!

Happy they could come out fast and finished so quickly. I was happy that they came the next day. They were late but they came. I appreciated that. I was quoted. $79.00 which I thought would be the cost for flushing the cooling line. It was $179.00 but it had to be done a hurricane was coming.
