Service Call My technician David was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and caring. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood before he left what he did and what needs to be done. He also gave me advice on what I need to do in between service calls. Issue was not absolutely resolved, but the technician was thorough and extremely professional in his assessment. We have to follow up with the Nest thermostat to possibly resolve issue. The technician Zoe’s was excellent.

Great service. We have just come back from abroad and found the AC was not cooling, they came the next day and recommended to replace the unit since it was over 15 years old. I agreed with their assessment and the unit was installed the following date. They set up the inspection and the inspector found a minor detail; they came back the same day took care of it. Great service, very professional I will very much recommend their services.
Excellent job I am very grateful. I called in the morning and the technician was in my house the same afternoon. He worked and educated me while fixing the problem. AC was leaking I called Cool Air USA yesterday night right before they closed and they took down my information and said someone would call back. They called back first thing this morning and scheduled service for the same morning and they were very friendly and quick service.
