Air conditioning system replace in June 2021, worked great. Aside from the above,, I started to notice that the air handler (which was also replaced) seemed to be continually on, and remitting cool "soft" air while the the outside condenser was not on ?? Very Happy Customer with Their Exceptional Service I am a very happy customer. My A/C stopped working and this team came out and worked clean and was able to find the solution quickly. So fast and efficient Called today at about 1 p.m. that our AC was not working and we had a tech here at a little after 3 p.m. who was friendly and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He showed my husband how to fix it the next time our AC is having the issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Fast, friendly, efficient. Thank you, Johnny, and thank you, Cool Air USA.
Installation of the compressor was professionally done. The second day, Ed had to reconfigure and unblock the drain line (that was flooding the garage floor). He was prompt, and polite and had the expertise to to get the job done.
