Drain line incorrectly installed Drain line was set with some tension on the connecting PVC joint. This is the second time it has broken in the first 6 months of the new unit. Boy am I glad it was Richie who came out to help. He adjusted the PVC length instead of just fixing the broken joint, so the issue should be resolved for good. He also helped clear some room for clearance of the closet door, which was necessary for the unit to operate effectively.
On time, quick, accountable Always happy to deal with Cool Air USA. They always have availability at times that work for me. Their technicians work fast, clean, and make sure everything they installed works right before leaving. Will keep on using their service and recommend it.
The gentleman that came today was very poite and took the time to explain everything to me. He made sure I understood the problem and clearly explained when and how the problem would be fixed. Great company, very prompt service.

Cool Air is great! Cool Air replaced our A/C and air handler for our condo. They took care of everything and made it seem so easy. The technicians were super friendly. It's as if it is a family business.

Outstanding customer service Cool Air has The Best customer service. We had a new AC unit installed in Feb 2021 and because of COVID had to delay inspection. Cool Air worked with us for over a year getting this resolved during the pandemic. They also immediately responded to an inspection request for mold concerns. Johnny the technician was so thorough and carefully inspected the unit so we could rule it out as a source of contamination.

Competent, Friendly do, the job efficiently. Just started with cooler and I’ve had their tax to our home to her three times. They seem to have done everything right and our equipment is functioning well. We will stick with them!
