Archie was great!!! Honestly I have had so many bad experiences. This company was very fast to make an appt. Archie called before to figure out before he got there what was the issue. He was extremely friendly, took his shoes off, was pleasant personality and he showed me the issues and also gave advice how to take care. Hands down the best experience!!

Always Professional! Great Service! We have used Cool Air since we moved into our condo, and I am so glad we found them. They are great at explaining everything that needs to be done, and are reasonable with their pricing.

Very happy with work from start to finish. Archie is very thorough and knowledgeable. Air cool is lucky to have a technician like Archie. He did a great job in fixing the problem and went above and beyond in completing the work.

Great service! Called Cool Air USA after having problems with our central AC. Their tech, John Ortiz arrived and quickly found and corrected the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable and courteous. Dealing with him and Cool Air USA was a positive experience.

Excellent service!! I don't usually write reviews when a job is just well done. But in this case, Cool Air deserves the time spent on writing this one. I have dealt with this company for over three years now. I bought a new AC unit from them and they resolved all problems related to its operation regardless of who was to blame. I live in an 18th floor condo that has recurring problems with the cooling towers that caused my AC unit to shut down frequently. Professional The other morning I woke up and noticed the temperature in my apartment was different than the temperature that I set it at. I called and placed a service call. Before I knew it this gentleman arrived and started to access the situation. He flushed out the pump and we thought that was it fixed. Everything has been checked out and the problem has been resolved. I really don’t know how I can express how good this group of men and women are. I have had multiple times that I have contacted COOL AIR USA and they have completed the work every time with great results. They have made repairs to my A/C at least 3 times with in the past 3 years, and replaced the duct work within my home. Professional service I called on Thursday 10/7/21 with noisy condenser unit. The secretary scheduled me for the next day 10/8/21 between 1 & 4. The mechanic arrived promptly at 2:00 pm. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Thank you for your prompt professional service.
