Very professional from start to finish. My air conditioner was in need of repair , I had cool air come out to diagnose the AC , the unit was 25 years old . I decided to replace AC. Cool Air gave me a reasonable price for a package unit. Cool Air offered financing and was able to install unit next day. The installation was quick and very professional service from scheduling to install!! I highly recommend Cool Air !!

The Technitian was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. The response time to fix my air condition was very fast I called before midday and by 3PM the A/C technician arrived on time for the appointment. Xavier the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and polite , He did several tests to evaluated the problem, he did the repair and in about 50 minutes the AC was running and cooling again.
