Ask for pricing upfront Be aware that their annual AC check is effectively $300. Upon setting up the appointment, it is quoted as $125. However, upon arrival they strongly recommend an additional $175 Drain Flush as a preventive measure. This was confirmed by their office. So be aware of that. During the appointment, I wanted to replace my burned out UV light (cleans the air) in the AC system, but they were not able to figure it out and so no light for me. Outstanding service and reasonnable price more than 5* This is the first time ever that I write a review and it's because I had an outstanding service. I called friday night and saturday morning I had someone over. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name but on my invoice it's written Service 42. He was extremely professionnal, helpful and he gave me so good advices. And in top of that the price was very reasonnable!!! I've already recommanded your services. Thank you for beeing there!
The only AC company we use We have been using Cool Air since 2017 - and they have always been prompt, courteous and taken the time to fully explain what they are doing and what our options are. When our AC finally stopped working, we thought of no other company to install a new one.
David was amazing I was thoroughly impressed with this company. My AC went out late the night before and I had an appointment scheduled in the late evening. They were able to reach out to me around 12:00 to request if they could send someone out earlier. They sent the most wonderful technician, his name was David.
