Great Service and Quick Turnaround This was our second time using Cool Air USA and once again, it was a quick and smooth process from calling customer service line to get an appointment to getting the job completed. Service tech Jose called 20 mins before arriving and once on property was able to give his recommendations and provide quotes after doing his AC inspection. Very pleased with quick response time. Technicians were very processional and completed the work efficiently. I called after hours for an estimate to clean my coils. They came out that evening. The process and cost of the items were explained to me along with showing me photos of my a/c unit. The technician was very processional.

All of the insulation work was done proficiently the technicians work responsibly for all required mechanical configurations and were very friendly answer any question wake your $@!#% about the AC units and cleaned up after them selves very good I will give them a referral excellent work fast and clean The unit has worked excellent since it has been installed and hopefully there will be no future problems of which I feel cool air and the technicians would take care of in all cases

AC Repair The compressor fan on our ac unit turned on and off while the compressor was working causing the compressor to overheat. I called Cool Air and made a same day appointment. The Tech, Jose, called me when he was on his way. Jose was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. It took awhile to diagnose the problem because the fan did not turn off right away although ultimately it did turn off. Only AC company I ever use! I had a new AC installed 5 years ago and since then I will only allow Cool Air to touch my unit. Every time I’ve needed them they have exceeded expectations!
