David, the technician seemed knowledgable and did a thorough job of explaining everything he did. Good job. David was friendly and knowledgable and did a very good job. The price however seemed to be very much on the high side. No discount for a war veteran and senior citizen.

Technician arrived at my home two hours after I called for service and did a great job. Technician keep me informed of the issue with my AC and performed the repairs quickly at a reasonable cost.

Very professional and efficient Cool air USA is always a phone call away. They arrive quickly, very mindful of the house. They listen, are respectful and knowledgeable.
