Cool Air to the rescue Recently had some warranty work done. Cool Air was very accommodating to my schedule changes. Tech showed up on time, gave two courtesy calls, was polite and professional, wore a mask and socially distanced at all times, finished 30 min early. Veru happy with this great service.

Great Service. Fast and Thorough. Anthony, the technician was great. He showed up in under an hour and it took him about an hour to get things up and running again. I was so happy since this was something I was trying to get fixed for about a week. I actually thought I was calling another AC service but was glad I made the mistake and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic company and technician Jean Ortiz was extremely knowledgeable, professional. He arrived on time and did fantastic work. He exceeded all expectations for the work done. I would recommend Jean for any service needs. Highly recommend Cool Air Usa for any AC needs. They have worked several times on my property, always very professional and exceptional work.

Experts with Excellent customer service! Archie & Zeke are very knowledgeable and both have EXCELLENT customer service! They take their time to make sure everything is done correctly & efficiently...I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them in the future.
