Great Service! David was a great tech who provided exceptional service. He called before he arrived, arrived on time, worked in a friendly yet professional manner, and was very knowledgable about the work. I even learned some things along the way. Cool Air USA has set a new standard! Last night (9-11-20) our A/C stopped blowing air. First thing this morning I called Cool Air USA for service after receiving the Best Pick Reports periodical the day our A/C failed! The reviews for Cool Air was overwhelmingly POSITIVE. Excellent! AC was leaking and called this company. Repairman efficiently came even earlier than expected time. Everything fixed so fast..did not expect this problem to be solved within a few hours!
