Great Service and skilled and honest technicians I had several companies to come and quoted. Several insisted I needed a major repair to be done. The others were honest and recommended what was really necessary . However, I chose Cool Air because I really liked Archie the technician. He felt honest and he took his time to carefully look over my problem. The work was done carefully and both technicians were on time and were very cordial and hardworking. The greatest asset this company has are its technicians!

Maintenance and trouble shooting Had a technician over, he was running late, but I was called prior by company. It was worth the wait. The technician did all the checks, walked me through the process and explained everything. Ended up adding some freon to the system, which made things work properly again(despite the current wear and tear). But what an amazing difference between previous "technician" who was gone in 60 seconds and this company. Next step will be to use this company to replace my units in the near future. Responsive & efficient company I found Cool Air to be very responsive & efficient. Hours can get very long in Miami's climate without air so booking a repair promptly is half the battle. The technicians that came out to my Condo were polite and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling Cool Air first in the future.
