It was Memorial Day with heavy rain A/C began blowing hot late Sunday. Telephoned early Monday and tech came out at Noon. Heavy rains and some flooding present. Quickly diagnosed and presented solutions. Repairs effected in short time. Professional, polite,etc. Great company and staff.

The service was was great, professional and punctual. This is the second time that I have contacted Cool Air USA and they have exceeded my expectations again. The company that installed our AC and maintained it for many years closed down, and I finally called Cool Air USA to replace the burnt-out UV light and resume our maintenance service after reading MANY outstanding reviews.
